At Sora Connect, we provide comprehensive positive behavior supports tailored for individuals facing behavioral and mental health challenges. Funded by the state, we specialize in writing and training Temporary Emergency Support Plans, Functional Behavior Assessments, and Positive Behavior Support Plans. Additionally, we extend our services to private consultations and coaching for family members, friends, and caregivers of individuals on the autism spectrum, empowering them to navigate and understand the unique challenges they may encounter. Our Services:
TESP, FBA, PBSP
We write Temporary Emergency Support Plans, Functional Behavior Assessments, and Positive Behavior Support Plans for group homes, foster homes, and families supporting individuals with high behavioral needs.​
These services include a comprehensive deep dive into mental health diagnoses, health challenges, trauma, environmental factors, and personal history to discover the root of an individual's behavior. Based on those findings, we write a simple but thorough plan to help a care team implement tailored, personalized positive behavior supports to promote healthy behavior and personal growth.
OIS Class/Certification
Do your DSPs need to be certified in OIS? Do you have family members or friends with high behavioral needs and want to gain a deeper understanding of how to support them? Are you interested in learning about Positive Behavior Supports?

OIS is a 2-day, easy-to-understand class for anyone seeking knowledge about behavior, the factors that affect it, and how we can influence it in the people around us. Anyone is welcome. This class is geared toward people supporting individuals with disabilities, mental health challenges, and/or trauma, but has real-life applications for various situations.
PBSP Trainings
Do you already have a PBSP and FBA in place? Do you need your staff or care team trained on the plan strategies by a Qualified Behavior Professional? We can train on general strategies as well as Protective Physical Interventions. Our team is certified as OIS instructors.
Autism Specialty Support for Family
Sora Connect offers coaching services tailored to help families understand and support their loved ones with autism spectrum disorders. Our compassionate approach focuses on empowering individuals and families to navigate the challenges of autism while fostering understanding and support.
